Have you tried really relaxing before going to bed? No caffeine, no stimulation like video games or violent tv programs or exercise. Drink some nice herbal tea and meditate on something calm and relaxing, going to a safe place before going to sleep. This may help reduce your anxiety and keep the anxious thoughts from coming out in your dreams.
