As always there are going to be cross overs depending on 2 things that are pretty obvious and that is your Genetics and your Enviroment. Unfortunatley for those with mental health issues, there seems to a lag anywhere from 10-15 years before they finally get a thorough understanding of what is really going on and come up with effective treatments and even then it's not perfect.
