I too was a victim of workplace bullying and was fired because of it. I went to the labor board when i didnt recieve my final check for 5 days after i was fired. I won that case. Now I am filing a claim for unemployment. I know they will dispute it. How dI I explain I was a victim of workplace bullying and not misconduct my bully convinced others I was doing? I finally was fired when a bogus letter was received from a customer complaining I did something wrong and the bully who had done something wrong was thanked and apologized to. Letter was written by the bully acting like a customer and no one questioned it.
