I don't know. Trying to figure out what it is that keeps me up, or what it is that wakes me up in the middle of the night, so I can't go to sleep(those are usually dreams)...usually helps.
I do find, the Xanax is helping me, to feel more tired at night and ready to fall asleep. And I've still got my Ambien, on top of it all, for when I need it.
Stress in life, doesn't help insomnia. What does your doctor say, about yours?

We'll see, I've got an appointment with a new pdoc this morning. I know that last time I had it, it was a symptom of depression, so that may be the case again. Also I'm getting into middle age so my body is probably changing. Work stress doesn't help either!
