I've noticed that some new users who post threads do not get any replies, presumably because of the restrictions that apply to new users. When new users have to wait for their posts to get approved, sometimes a thread (or post) will go unnoticed because it ends up way behind all the other threads by the time it is approved.

This makes me very sad, and I hope you can fix it. Thank you.
