Thank you for pointing this out, I didn't know about it!
However, I still think it would be better if newly approved threads and possibly also posts showed up on the top of the forum / at the end of the thread. This would make them more visible and I'm sure, would give these new people some replies sooner. I went through the first pages of the bipolar forum now and saw many threads, a couple of them by new people, that hadn't been answered in days. If I were a new person and had taken the time to write one of these threads, I would be sad that no one had replied. And I might not have known the reason why no one replied, and assumed it was because my thread was not interesting.

What I'm proposing is not that you remove any of these counter-measures for spam, it is simply that you bump newly approved posts and threads to the top / end.

Sorry I didn't make that clear. I hope that this is possible to fix.
