I understand completely how you feel. My pdoc wants me to do a sleep study and haven't done so yet. That was almost 3 months ago. I'm not sure if I am or will be able to do it or make it through it all.

There is light at the end of the tunnel. We have proof. We found it! 
- or at least have a strong grasp on it and not letting go. (Even though our healing is still happening.)
