I am stuck, I am stuck in the vicious cycle and being pull down into the drain.
When my button gets push, or when sth happen I go upset and angry. And I can't control myself. I know everyone has emotion and it's normal to have emotion. But how to let it gradually defuse. And how to not let emotion affect me that I have problem doing daily errand. I am stuck, I am stuck in the vicious cycle and being pull down into the drain.
Sorry I am very tire, instead of tell me to look here and there, I hope you can give me some advice / suggestion / comment here directly. Thank you very much.
EDIT: I just got very frustrate I bang my head to the wall.
