I am an introvert as well. I have the same problem as you, I forget words that I use everyday in writing but I can't make it come out right in speech. I'm a natural introvert as well. Writing to me is many times easier then talking. I think many introverts have that problem, one of the reasons why I avoid talking. But practice makes perfect so I guess I have to talk more to get rid of this(?)
