Oh penguinsing!

I wish I could make that disappear quickly!
Just to let you know anger is sometimes depression turned inwards and I guess, it is anger that comes out. I hope that is not also making the regular anger stronger!
I know I have viscous cycles as well! I am trying to retrain my brain. I do cognitive behaviour therapy in my own way.
I do simple things that seem useless but is a way of responding with more positive thoughts when a situation comes up. It's patience that I can not use as quickly and as strongly to avoid these cycles.
Also, if the feedback here from other posts to your thread is not enough.
Just use the search function(use posts option and type in words that relate to your situation.)see below.
Then you will have posts to search through that might have an answer that you could use. Take care.(I just yell to myself while driving on the freeway in the car. I try not to do head banging...yet.)
