Yes I feel better having it, even if I don't take it every day...at least i know if I start getting panicky I can take it and it will help calm things. On the other side though I have the concern of not being able to afford re-fills though. I am prescribed 2.5 mg of valium as needed and unfortunately I tend to need it at least once a day so I don't build up a stash over time really.
