Is there a way to let out all of your anger without hurting anyone (emotionally or physically)? Some vigorous exercise, Breaking some old stuff, Throwing rocks, Breaking old plates, screaming?
Anger is a scary emotion. I do a very terrible job with anger. I tend to internalize all of it, do a lot of self blaming, beat up on my self esteem, or self injure.
