I've only been working for three days, but I'm concerned about how the staff members at my work treat troubled kids. One staff member was gossiping in front of the kids during circle time of how no classroom wants to be stuck with a particular girl and that nobody wants to deal with her. Today, another staff member grabbed a boy who was acting out by the hand, pulled him to the front of the classroom, and asked the students if this boy deserved to be rewarded or punished and explained to the classroom why he was acting out. And another staff spent all recess yelling at the kids, then saying she had the right because she was in a bad mood. This is so shocking to me and I have no idea what to do. Even on my first day, my supervisor told me there are staff she wouldn't recommend to be mentored by. How would I address this?
