I get frustrated when questions go unanswered in an e-mail format. Not all the time, but there are times, when I have found myself feeling dismissed and unacknowledged.

I'd probably be more furious, to know that I was paying someone and then they were dismissive and didn't fully pay attention to what I am writing.
