"Hi. I don't want you to think I'm crazy, but I'm crazy."
I don't even know who I should talk to, I work at a very small company and there is no "H.R."

If your anger and anxieties are not work related, DO NOT talk to your employer or any H>R> about it. Your employer is only concerned about six things from you 1. Attendence 2. Punctuality 3. General Appearance 4.
Working Safely 5. External/Internal Concerns about you 6. Are you doing the job ?. Your mental state is none of their business. If you have a health plan, USE IT. IF not, seek out a free clinic, continue posting here for support, seek out an 800 help line. When confronted with people like you and me, companies get nervous. You become a possible liability, and they may try to dispose of you. Small companies don't want problem employees even though they tend to want to foster a "family" atmosphere. They are totally inept at dealing with our level of problems. It would be a major distraction from their main goal.... turning a profit. Remember, you are expendable. Seek help elseware. Good Luck
