Things I hate about myself:
1. Being fat.
2. My stomach & upper arms.
3. Being on psych meds that have had numerous side-effects.
4. I haven't got a partner and am unlikely to meet one.
5. I have few close friends.
6. I haven't got a decent job.
7. Not having good qualifications.
8. I have a crap medical history.
9. I'm messy.
10. I think the above are probably enough as I feel terrible now.
Things that I like:
1. I'm struggling to think of something, nothing seems to compensate for the above list .... perhaps I should have done this list first.
