Are you in therapy? There is a reason for your anger and if you can pin-point it it will help. Anger isn't bad; it is an emotion that tells you to pay attention and something needs to be paid attention to and "fixed." You cannot ignore it, it needs to be confronted and dealt with. The Verbally Abusive Relationship by Patricia Evans is a book I think should be required reading for everyone on the planet. Perhaps writing down all of your feelings might help some....walking, running, talking, writing....ways to get that energy out.
