Interesting. Does this mean that by crying, you remove cortisol from your system, or is the cortisol being created and removed when we cry? Do you know?

The cortisol is being created when we become emotionally upset, angered or stressed..... by crying we are able to release this biological poison, therefore, preventing it from over loading our bodies and from harming our physical health - that which often happens when one tends to stay stressed out or lives emotionally on the edge.
The research showed.... this is why men might have more heart attacks later in life, they tend to take less of care of themselves as they age, avoid yearly physicals and they find it hard to release inner emotions through tears - - unlike their female counter part.... females find it easy to cry and they often cry even when they wish they would not, hence instant healing is started.
