Hey all!

I haven't posted in a few months. So this will be kind of long. I went off meds several months ago, then moved to this area and had a bad relapse in my depression. Long story short, I'm back on meds, back in the gym, socializing more and I'm in therapy at this place in Northern VA. Since I don't make much money and don't have medical insurance through my current job, I have to pay out of pocket for my weekly session. I don't have rent to pay, so it's fine for now.
However....

I'm feeling better, I'm going to stay on my meds. of course. The weekly sessions are not exactly close and the traffic in this part of the country is almost if not as bad as my home in South. Calif.

I'm thinking about taking a break from therapy for a bit. I like my therapist just fine. She works for me. She's younger than any other therapist I've ever had, but she's very astute and very intelligent. I just don't like dealing with the inconvenience of the situation. I don't want another therapist I just want a break.

So what say all of you?
