sorry work is so hectic. i too would advise going to someone higher up and maybe putting it in the form of questions about acceptable behavior with the kids. You can cite the examples you gave us as the ones you are concerned about. But please definitely don't be silent about it. Those kids are already in a bad space, they don't need yet more people they are supposed to trust to be so abusive to them...
