Hell yes! I'm having a bad year so far, and everything you mentioned hits home. Someone getting ice cubes out of the freezer clunking them around in that plastic bucket... rattling bags of any kind... clanking dishes... people walking by talking too loud (esp on their phones)... barking dogs are the worst. I have wicked tinnitus (ringing in the ears) so I like to have a soft continuous sound like a fan or AC blowing when I want to sleep. I have to stay away from noisy environments and people, which can be hard living in a tourist area.
