I can't shut it out. I don't know how.

Even when I went to work today I was a bit more shy then usual and I didn't wanted anyone to look in my eyes in case they could see how disgusting I am. I didn't wanted them to see in me someone who would make them trow up in disgust. I have to go back to work tomorrow but I wish I could just hide. Hide from the world.
