I also sleep 12-14 hours a day but have a few physical problems(diabetes 4 1) that contributes 2 my sleepiness.But were u aware there are a few psychological reasons 4 being a mattress warmer

depression being 1 of them.If u r suffering with depression than u would @ least have a valid excuse 4 sleeping that much.I'm going 2 try 2 start going 2 bed @ 12:00.pm(I'm on a disibility & don't work so I'm able 2 do this)& set my alarm 15 minutes earlier each week until I'm able 2 get up by 9 without being a grouchy old ogre,I figure a week between each 15 min.lessening would b sufficient enuf 4 your body 2 b accustomed 2 the less sleep,I'm going 2 try it anyway & it's maybe a suggestion 4 u,only you could set your own hours 2 go 2 bed that work 4 u...GOOD LUCK!!
