I have been decreasing on my own - my dr. didn't think I should, but she sent me to a psychiatrist who said it was my choice. I just wish I weren't feeling so much pain in the process. Today I felt so tired and depressed. Not sure if it is withdrawal from Effexor or if I am falling back into depression.
