I think I'm gonna call them every time a site hangs up or I get knocked of the Internet and I'm gonna tell them they've got to get their hinies out here NOW!!

It IS rediculous! Some of the local TV stations have even interviewed disgruntled customers! I'm seriously thinking of going DSL.
