It sounds like maybe you have sensory processing disorder. I do not have Autism (that is where SPD usually makes it's self known) but I am learning disabled. On "good" days, sounds don't phase me too much. But when I am especially anxious or depressed, some noises can make my teeth feel like they're vibrating. I've been like this since I was a child. Maybe try some self soothing techniques? I find weighted objects helps me deal with repetitive noises. Even keeping a book on my chest helps. I hope it starts getting easier soon, I know it's hell.
