Like a feeling of doom?
Remember that emotions are a product of the mind which can affect your thoughts. theyre not 'real' so to speak (although they certainly seem it!). In reality, we know you are not going to die, this feeling is internal. Just just believe that you are.
Try and take a deep breath and step out of your mind, if only temporary. I hope this feeling lifts for you soon xoxo
