I didn't care about going out today until I went to take the trash out and my cat followed me outside so I sat down with her and I felt the sunshine on my legs and watched my kitty enjoy it some much that I had to stay outside even for a little bit. Give it a try September just push yourself to go out even if its for some small reason like getting a coffee or some household item you may need. While you are out you might just find yourself wanting to be out for a little longer than you anticipated.
