Ok, my first suggestion. We can make an angel out of a brand new, (notice the "new"), plunger. We can layer white tp around the plunger part to make a dress.

Then we take an shell shaped mirror compact, open it up and glue it with the back facing front to the plunger stick. That will make the wings. We'll just have to glitter them, won't we?

Who knows how to make her face and hair? She needs a halo, too.
