Ever since I was a child, if I experienced deja vu or a dream like state, I would struggle to remember if something actually happened or if it was a "dream". These would trigger severe anxiety/panic attacks. It was the worst in junior high, but now as an adult, they are becoming a "trend" in my life all over again. I just wanted to know if anyone else has experienced this, and if they have, how do you bring yourself out of it?
