Well, that sounds like sexual harrassment to me. If you have a human resources office, then it should be reported.
What do you want to do? Tell her you are flattered, but not interested? Have a wild affair?
Just keep in mind that such relationships with people in a workplace can end up really bad--as in, "You're fired."
Definitely keep a record of any such acts.....
