Yes I understand what you are saying....... for in and of its self I would not say that "not crying" is the only cause of heart disease in men, and the research I mentioned did state that "not crying" with a few other issues included is why men "might" have an increase in heart attacks later in life ( as they age).

might have more heart attacks later in life, they tend to take less of care of themselves as they age, avoid yearly physicals and they find it hard to release inner emotions through tears - - unlike their female counter part.... females find it easy to cry and they often cry even when they wish they would not, hence instant healing is started.
So....... YES, I agree, crying or not crying - is not the MAIN cause of heart attacks in MEN.
