That is good pay and I can see why he is doing it. Remember, there have been thousands upon thousands of troops and civilians over there and the vast majority come home withou incident. My son has been there (Afghanistan, Pakistan, Iraq, Kuwait) and is there now, too. My brother is a "contractor" in Baghdad.

I'm sure he will have plenty of military guarding him to keep him safe! Too bad he has to go before Christmas though
