i'm someone who used to have to si at times just to be able to go to sleep,
but now i'm at a point where i haven't si'd in over 5 years..
art has been my great outlet, it's graphic & lasts longer than si, expresses so much..

you have to go all the way to the end of the second hallway there to see the really si/x/red kinda stuff that helped me through difficult times (in the quarantined section.) maybe it could help someone else who is struggling? but please don't visit there if you think it would be triggering to you..
i've always believed si is just nature's last ditch way for us to self soothe, it is not bad or unnatural, it's just there until we find better more comforting ways to feel better..
