I don't think you are. A lot of people (especially young people) don't tend to join in such activities unless they see other teens doing it and enjoying it. Maybe you could decorate the card area so its more appealing to the eye, or get a few young people (neighbors or what not) to sign up and then tell their friends. It sounds like it would have been a fun activity for me. =]
