#1 Best ever, high school counselor, but only got to see her a few months in Freshman or Sophomore year year until school ended, then she changed jobs.
#2 Worst ever- she broke confidentiality, and I had been attracted to her also, she was a brand new therapist and inexperienced. Terrible. Saw her less than a year.
#3 Old school analyst, too detached, we never really connected, I ended it after 2 years.
#4 After a 15+ year gap, went back to therapy. Love my new therapist, which actually makes it hard, she's scary-good, haha. 5 months so far.
