Hello everyone,
I just got over a two day manic stage, and now I've gone into a major depression state. I'm trying to remain positive and not isolate, but it is really hard to do. All I want to do is to sleep, but I do have an agenda for the day, which is good. I guess. There are some stressful things that are happening that just came up today, which I decided to take care of my basic needs and not deal with them. I know that they can wait, so that's why I'm postponing them.
I guess I just need to hear that I'm not alone.
