I can give you a sort of good news/bad news in regards to your symptoms: The good news is that you don't have to worry about diabetes, those symptoms are most likely anxiety. I hope you may find a little comfort is knowing that these fears are part of the anxiety disorder and are not realistic. Although anxiety sucks, being self aware of what anxiety does to you at least helps me banish thoughts of having that incurable, life-altering physical disease. Of course, the bad news is that, yes, anxiety can last all day like that.
Don't get caught in the diabetes scare, it will make the symptoms worse. Focus on what is the real issue and don't convince yourself you have more issues to deal with. You're gonna be fine.
