That would be ideal, but considering my sister is taking my daughter to Disney for 10 days in August and lets my daughter stay at her house 4 days a week each week during the month of July (while my mom watches all the kids there), I doubt that would go over well.

And the thing with my work is that it's so unpredictable. I don't know in advance what days or hours I will be asked to work....so the only way I can commit to watching their kids is if I tell the agency I'm unavailable on a given day....which may or may not turn out to be a missed opportunity.

This is just so frustrating.
