You can do it. You may feel weak now, but keep doing it. As time goes on, you will get stronger. It takes time to build strength and stamina.

When I was in Boot Camp, they used to push us past our limits. They did that to teach us that our mind controls our body, not the other way around.

Star, get up, brush yourself off, and keep trying. I promise, that in time, you will get stronger.
