I don't know what Zyrtec D is...
I'm thinking it is a spray or something...
Does it have steroids in it?
Have you tried anti-histamine tablets?
You can buy them over the counter.
They can take a day or two to kick in...
But allergic reactions are sometimes due to histamine being released from your body which results in runny nose, eyes etc as your body tried to expell the irritant.
Anti-histamene tablets prevent your body making (or releasing - can't remember) histamene so that your nose and eyes etc dry up.

Otherwise... For short term use... Cold and flu tablets with pseudoephidrine (as an decongestent that dried up eyes and nose) could help. Short term use though (not more than 10 days I think) 'cause of the pseudoephidrine...
