Hi all. I got out Tuesday but was still suffering crushing depression. I could have stayed a few more days but since the suicidal thoughts were gone I thought I might as well go home.
I am in a partial care DBT program now and I think it's really going to help. I am already learning skills to use when in distress. I'm happy to have real, tangible things to hold on to.
I finally feel better today so hopefully the new meds are working. I missed you all!
