I tried scramble (and running with friends ) but i prefer word with friends so I'm just playing that when I play games on my phone. I have other issues going on with my arm so it's hard to know what causes what; but I do think holding my phone is contributing to the shoulder pain so might be worth you trying stopping for a bit and seeing if your shoulder heals at all?
