Im so sorry youre going through this. Body memories are definitely terrible. I really hate them. Something that helps us when we go through them ( admittedly, not much helps) is to draw or color when theyre happening. It doesnt have to be a picture that makes any sense. But something we just use lots of red and black and purple, scribble,and try getting all those intense feelings out of us, and onto the paper-- sometimes it helps some.
