Thanks JD for the laugh and the wise words! Hello, my name is Otter and I am addicted to my iPhone! I need to give up sugar and my phone and I have nothing to replace them with. Maybe I do one at a time.

It's stupid but I find it hard to imagine a day without it. That's bad. Well I can't quit now because I want to start a game with you. And I'll have to come back here to chat. I'll try cutting back. I think I can do that So JD I'll see if I can start a game with you. I never changed my name from the one they gave me so I may come up as zyngwaf and a bunch of numbers. I will write a note in the chat saying hi from Otter.

Seriously though, thanks, because the way you approached it with humor and not judgement has made me think seriously about needing to make a change. For the sake of my shoulder if nothing else.
