I think it may have to do with Complex-PTSD (C-PTSD) not being in the DSM yet.

I certainly hope it eventually ends up in there and we can have our own forum.

There are unique characteristics to C-PTSD that are not present in Regular & Combat Related PTSD.

C-PTSD doesn't respond well to the treatments used for Regular and Combat Related PTSD.

Hugs to all of us who have the misfortune of having the added burdens of C-PTSD.

It certainly makes it more difficult for us to heal and recover from it.
