So SAD to hear the pain. I wrote down what was my feelings for a while. Try to do it each night before sleep.

Promise yourself to eat more better health giving food tomorrow. You can succeed.

You may need to draw up a special menu. I think that you shoud get a 2000 cal or more one out at the library and "just follow it pretty much with out putting your own minds emotions into the job of eating for yourself:"

By going automatic and eating this way I regained my balance pretty naturally. I however admitted my powerlessness over this illness. It is afterall a real illness where We see our figures in the mirror as way larger than they are. Just remembering that we can promote healthy diet but just eating by rote the stuff we need to survive and may even "than some" When you start getting into the hang of it your appetite will naturally come back and all and you will start to eat some foods that you really enjoy that aren't either bad or good just "fine to taste and enjoy"

Moderation is certainly the key but for us "Annies we have to get into a program of remembering we are infact powerless over food and than we may begin something better tomorrow. Keep the faith and IM me if you wish, I truly care. I been there more times in my life than I am comfortable admitting. I was 92 pounds when I was 25 and they would not let me give blood because I was too underweight and that was the day I reconed I truly "Had a Eating Disorder"

But WE CAN HEAL WITH THE FAITH THAT WE CAN ALITTLE BIT AT A TIME MY NICE FRIEND
