I pay cash at the end of the session...BUT I strongly considered asking him at the beginning if I could just pay first before the session started. I decided against it because I was afraid my T would read into it and want to know why. I didn't really know why for sure, but was concerned it might have been a control thing with me so I chose to ignore it and just pay at the end...
