When I have evening appointments and the receptionist is not there, I pay T at the end of the session. When I go during the day & the receptionist is there when I arrive, I pay her when I get there. I don't like stopping at the front desk when there are other people around. I'm usually so far into my own head that I don't want to make conversation.
