If it's only a few days to one week, I do not forsee (sp?) any problems.
I also think it may depend on dosage and length of time you have been on Lexapro, to notice any changes.
Just my opinion. When I have been tapered off the SSRI's I had no problems, except Zoloft, I got "brain zaps" on and off for a month. Nothing devastating, just a strange physical sensation, I can't even put into words to describe it. I would contact the prescribing physcian and ask him or her what to expect, and if alternatives can be used, Celexa is very similar to Lexapro, even have heard Lexapro called Celexa's cousin.
